Job description:
1. Communicate the customer's order information to the production management.
2. According to the customer's delivery schedule, make a delivery plan and distribute it to relevant departments.
3. Follow up the production progress of customer orders, and report to the superior in time if there is any abnormal situation.
4. Assist quality personnel in handling customer complaints.
5. At the end of the month, make delivery reconciliation with customers, and follow up the invoiced money.
6. Make monthly production report according to the actual production of the current month.
7. Complete other temporary work arranged by the superior.
